Legal · Refund Policy

Fair. And plain.

Digital licenses are generally final. But we are human — and we have a small set of clear cases where we will refund or credit a purchase. They are listed below.

All sales are generally final

Oxium sells time-bound access to digital software. Because licenses are delivered and activated immediately, purchases are non-refundable by default. However, we proactively issue refunds or credits in the cases below.

When we refund

  • Software never worked on your device. If the product fails to run due to a bug on our side and our staff cannot help you within 48 hours, we refund the full amount.
  • Extended detection. If a product is detected and remains down for more than 72 consecutive hours during an active license, we issue a prorated refund or credit for the lost days.
  • Duplicate purchase. If you bought the same license twice by accident within 24 hours, we refund the duplicate.

When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after the license was activated on your account.
  • You were banned by a game publisher while using our product — bans are never guaranteed to be avoided.
  • You shared your license or tried to crack the software.
  • Short, expected downtime while we ship an update (typically under one working day).

How to request a refund

Open a ticket in our Discord support server. Provide your order ID and a short description. Our team responds within a few hours during working time. If you qualify under one of the cases above we will process the refund back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please do not open a chargeback before talking to us — chargebacks result in immediate license termination and a permanent ban from future purchases. We will always work with you first.
