1 · What you are buying
Oxium sells time-bound licenses to use our software — the Oxium Minecraft client and the Oxium Rust external. A license grants one person access to the software for the duration you selected at checkout. Licenses are not transferable. A single license is locked to a hardware fingerprint (HWID) after first use.
2 · Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use Oxium. You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing and to keep your account credentials safe.
3 · Responsible use
Oxium tools are designed for private competitive use. You agree to comply with the rules and terms of the games you play. Using third-party software against a game may result in a game ban. Oxium makes no guarantee against bans and cannot restore a game account on your behalf.
You agree not to redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or publish Oxium binaries or decrypted assets. Leaking, cracking, or attempting to crack Oxium will result in immediate license termination without refund.
4 · License keys and HWID
Your license key is personal. Sharing it with others is a violation of these terms. On first successful login the client locks your account to your device fingerprint. You may reset your HWID once every seven (7) calendar days from the dashboard. Abusing the reset mechanism may result in termination.
5 · Updates and downtime
We ship updates on our own cadence to keep the software functional. Occasional downtime is expected when a game patch lands. We aim to restore service inside a working afternoon but make no guarantee of specific uptime. See our Status page for current state.
6 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license at any time, without refund, if we believe you violated these terms, engaged in chargeback fraud, or put other users at risk. We may also terminate a license at our sole discretion by refunding the unused portion.
7 · No warranty
Oxium software is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
8 · Liability
In no event shall Oxium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including game bans, lost time, or lost progress. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific license that is the subject of the claim.
9 · Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord support server and reflected at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
